Why did you choose this plant for your plottiesona?
This plant is the most attractive nectar source for butterflies anywhere it's planted, and I am an entomological fieldworker who loves butterflies and other insects. I also find the blooms very attractive and purple is my favorite color.

How does this Plottie represent you or have a link to you?
The character design is inspired by an ideal self that came to me in a dream. Also, as a child, I always gravitated to butterfly bushes in parks and other places to see all the insects that came to them. 

Is there anything else you want to tell us about your plottiesona?
Personality-wise she is nature-loving and earthy, and loves the butterflies and other insects that come to her blooms, as well as other animals (especially fish and herps). She loves to be out exploring in nature and observing and learning about other living things. She is extroverted but somewhat socially inept and easily overwhelmed by some situations. She likes to dress in pretty outfits, especially flowy ones, particularly skirts and dresses, and always lots of purple. Sometimes a little goth, but mostly just pretty. She has to be careful not to soil her nice things when she's out exploring, so she dresses in more work- or field-type outfits for that.

- Why did you choose this plant for your plottiesona?
1.) Rafflesias take about nine months to bloom, and only last for about a week- I've decided to relate this similarly to a common occurrence of mine; which is large stretches of depressive do-nothing days before a burst of multiple days where I'm highly productive.

2.) Rafflesias are parasitic plants which commonly attach to vines, and due to my current state I am unable to be independent myself and attach myself to support systems which I compare to large stretches of vines.

3.) Rafflesias are sensitive to slight disturbances in their environment, and slight changes could affect the pollination and blooming of the plants; I am also sensitive to disturbances of my normal life and often times these disturbances will cause me to be able to do less in one way or another.

4.) Rafflesias smell of rotting meat during bloom, and while I do not smell like rotten meat, an aesthetic I have a high liking towards is centered around meat and rot, and I don't typically smell the best since I do in fact have trouble showering due to depression.

5.) Rafflesias are found in the Animal Crossing games, a game close to my heart. Additionally, Rafflesias have been a favorite plant of mine for a long while, and when I was younger I used to make my New Leaf town go into the 'worst' rating in order to see a rafflesia in game.

- How does this Plottie represent you or have a link to you?
1.) Pronoun/Genderwise. My gender is very much a question mark except for the fact that I'm not a girl;Since Plotties don't have sex or gender, this plottie uses pronouns they find fun and fitting, which include he/him, they/them, and fae/faer. However some other pronouns they find comfortable that aren't on their written sheet are sli/slimes and king/kings.

2.) Fashionwise, Both me and them like mostly monochrome colors with neons, and unless I genuinely have to do something, I typically wear airy/non constricting clothing to relax since I live in a warm climate area.

3.) Personalitywise, Feoryll has heightened emotions and often times will snap at others without meaning to only to feel guilt later, they'll also commonly be found TRYING to be funny but just making others uncomfortable. Communication is hard for them, but they've very stubborn about being around others anyways. While this isn't exactly like me, it is somewhat similar to my difficulties with communicating.

- Hates Chrolo-Pills, will still eat them if he's isolated with them but he won't exactly be happy about it.
- Takes a lot of pride in his outfits, they were made special for him by his owner and would get extremely angry if anyone so much as tugged on them.
- Sometimes just likes to stare at others for no reason, just because he's bored and likes seeing other plotties be unnerved by his appearance.

- Why did you choose this plant for your plottiesona?: I decided to use the air plant to represent me, for a few reasons. One, is that it needs little sunlight. I am not an outdoors person, and like to stay inside, so the Air Plant is like me in the way that it doesn't need to be outside to be happy. For another reason, it is a plant that maybe not everybody would choose first. I've always had body imagery issues, so I don't think a flashy flower would suit me. But a simple, but colorful little plant has its own beauty, much like we all do. So something a little more subtle, but definitely pretty in its own way feels like me. 

- How does this Plottie represent you or have a link to you?: I designed this Plottie to kind of look like me, with the blond slightly wavy/curly hair and the glasses. I've always loved my hair. So I definitely wanted the Plottiesona to have that, while also showing a 'flaw' of mine. My need to wear glasses, since I can't see very good. I chose other design elements, such as the fangs for my sharp tongue (I have a very blunt, honest way of speaking, and I think sometimes it comes off as me being mean without me really realizing it), and the yellow bodily tint, since yellow has always been my favorite color.

- Why did you choose this plant for your plottiesona? [There were so many cacti to choose from but this one really caught my eye. I thought "if I could choose any to take care of, which would it be?" And that's how I chose this cutie! I also have a Succhie plottie and wanted them to have a friend. :) ]

- How does this Plottie represent you or have a link to you? [They're low maintenance, small, and so very cute. Sitting in a window, basking in the sun. What more could you want? I'm a homebody and while these plants are usually found outdoors, I don't mind being out in the heat all day. ]

- Why did you choose this plant for your plottiesona? 

there isn’t really a official shamrock plant, with abt 4 different variations. So I was really torn between this one and multiple other “shamrock” plants, specifically birds foot trefoil, however I chose the four leaf clover because I think that out of all the options it was the most immediately recognizable, and the most associated with what the shamrock means. I also thought ths shape would really suit my plottiesona well and tell a nice story.

- How does this Plottie represent you or have a link to you?

I’ve always been really interested in celtic culture and lore, specifically because while I did not grow up in Ireland or Scotland or anything like that I have very close irish roots on both sides of my family. This was kinda what made me want to do a plottie with that general theme, and my first thought was of the shamrock. another reason I chose the shamrock is because of what it symbolizes. It is most commonly associated with luck in the media, but it Also symbolizes faith, hope, and love, which I felt not only create a nice parralel between my plottiesonas personality But also serve as a nice reminder to myself to try and have as much of each as possible everyday
